The Scenic Chairlift offers one of the most awe-inspiring views of the Great Smokies. The relaxing ride on the South's longest chairlift affords many spectacular photo opportunities. On top, your photo is taken and available to you at a small charge.

The ride originates near the Customer Service office.  Just a short way up, you can see the slope up to Bear Run!

Grab a snack at our snack bar, then sit down, relax, and enjoy some of the most beautiful views of the Great Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg, Tennessee!

When you are ready for your return trip, the ride down is actually better than the ride up, as you can see out far, and down towards the ski lodge (and Gatlinburg, Tennessee) right in front of you!
